General

1. What is included with my HomeSafe product?
All HomeSafe products comes complete with the USB flash memory device. A CD is used for Window’s 98 customers, instructions and tutorial are pre-loaded. Default login and password will be WCI. For your security purposes be sure to write this information down or use a login and password that you can remember as we have no way to retrieve this information.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Under most circumstances your order will be shipped within five to seven business days.

3. How do I know that you have received my order?
After we receive and process your order we will send you an e-mail confirmation.

4. How will my order be shipped?
All orders in the United States will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service as Priority Mail.

5. I don't have a Credit Card.  May I make an order with a check or money order?
Yes, just download the Offline Order Form (118 KB), print it out, then select the product(s) you want to purchase, and mail the form back to us.

6. What should I do if my HomeSafe product is damaged or does not work?
Each HomeSafe product is made with the highest quality materials under strict quality control standards. All HomeSafe products are tested before they leave our factory. In the event your product is damaged in shipping please call 1-800 6063155 for instructions.

7. What is the warranty?
All HomeSafe products carry a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.

8. What is your return policy?
We guarantee all HomeSafe products and supporting software to be of the highest quality and standards. If for any reason you are dissatisfied or wish to return your product we will be happy to refund your money, with no questions asked.

9. I have limited computer skills. How difficult is it to add my personal information?
HomeSafe is very simple to use. It is in a template format organized in folders.   All that is required is that you type the information in each cell and press SAVE at the bottom of the page.

10. What is JPEG?
A JPEG is an image file and is a popular way to compress and store images for use on a web site page. Both GIFs and JPEGs are the two most popular forms of image compression used on web sites.

10. What is Scanner?
Scanners allow you to take a document and convert it to a jpeg file. This in turn will also allow you to take a document like your airline ticket or hotel reservation and convert it from a paper document to a jpeg picture. It is like taking a picture of your document with a camera. Only the scanner will do it for you.
